Terms of Service

This is a reference translation. The Korean-language version of these Terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MEV (the “Company”) and users in connection with use of the Company’s website (ai-mev.com, the “Site”).

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms set out the basic matters between the Company and users in using the Site. By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Effect and amendment

These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce changes through the Site.

3. Provision of the service

Through the Site the Company provides company and product information and accepts demo and contact requests. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the Site may be suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.

4. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the content, trademarks, logos, design, and software on the Site belong to the Company or its rightful owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or use them commercially without the Company’s prior consent.

5. User obligations

  • Do not submit false information in requests or inquiries.
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Site.
  • Do not act in violation of laws, these Terms, or public order and morals.

6. Disclaimer

Information on the Site is for general guidance and does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice. The Company is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or by the user’s fault.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to use of the Site shall be subject to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
